Regulatory status
Our umbilical cord (Wharton's jelly) allografts are regulated as 361 HCT/Ps under Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act and 21 CFR Part 1271, and are intended for homologous use — cushioning and structural support — only. They are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Your right to cancel
Attending a seminar does not obligate you to purchase any product or service. For sales made at seminar or event locations, you may have the right to cancel within 3 business days after the Good Faith Exam (GFE) under the FTC Cooling-Off Rule (16 CFR Part 429).
