Move better. Feel better.

Cushion. Support. Move.

Movera Wellness Institute uses connective tissue allografts to provide cushioning and structural support in and around the joints. We teach first and treat second — so you understand every option before you decide anything.

Who we are

An institute built to teach, not just treat

We were founded by a physician and a group of entrepreneurs around a simple belief: informed patients make better decisions. Most people only hear about three places to take their joint discomfort — the pharmacy, the pain clinic, and the surgery center. We think there's value in understanding a fourth option, and in learning how your joints actually work before anyone discusses treatment.

Education

Free, no-pressure seminars where we explain joints, cartilage and connective tissue — and lay every option on the table, including the conventional ones.

Licensed oversight

An MD and two nurse practitioners oversee every consultation and good-faith exam. Education officers travel to communities to teach.

Care built around you

A premium, concierge option — the same licensed providers you'd see in clinic, coordinated around your schedule and your goals.

Our focus

What we actually do

The job is structural. We use connective tissue allografts derived from Wharton's jelly to supplement damaged or missing tissue — providing cushioning and support where it's been lost. It isn't right for everyone, and a licensed provider helps you decide.

Our process

Three simple steps

01

Education

We teach you how joints, cartilage and connective tissue work — and lay out every option.

02

Evaluation

A licensed provider reviews your history and goals in a Good Faith Exam to see whether you may be a candidate.

03

Implementation

If it's the right fit, your provider applies the allograft locally — a shallow, ultrasound-guided application.

Concierge medicine

What is concierge medicine?

Concierge medicine is a personalized model of care built around the individual — with easier, more direct access to your providers, a focus on prevention and education, and steady, one-on-one guidance from your care team along the way.

Education & transparency

We believe informed patients make better decisions, so we teach clearly and put everything in writing before any commitment.

Physician-guided

Licensed providers oversee every step, from the good-faith exam through follow-up over the first year.

Personalized & minimally invasive

Each plan is built around your goals and your body, using precise, shallow, ultrasound-guided applications.

"They explained how my joints work and laid out every option — including the ones that wouldn't make them a dime. I left understanding my choices instead of being sold."
